Da der "Me-Made-May 13" von einem englischsprachigen Blog organisiert wird und so international verbreitet ist, werde ich wahrscheinlich das meiste auch auf Englisch hier schreiben.
the bike-dilemma
one of the challenges for me will be to develop a sense of what will be useful items to complement my wardrobe with regard to my needs.
eg. i am always riding my bicycle to work, and i am not the cruising type (although i am not a super fast cyclist either). i want things that will be okay to wear in the office but also comfortable to wear while cycling!
today's test item was the blackrock, a shawl i love. its a great pattern by Jared Flood, distributed through Brooklyn tweed, a demanding but also interesting shawl to knit. its also so lovely, because knit up in Malabrigo sock it is both warm and airy.
Bottom line, great shawl also to use while cycling, but today it was already a bit too warm to really use it.
